$40 Minimum Per Month

Multi-Family Residential Rentals

10% of Gross Monthly Rents Collected

-Advertise home and place a sign on the property.

 -Show property to pre-qualified prospective tenants.

 -Process rental application by verifying references, employment and running credit report.

 -Negotiate and execute lease with owner and tenant.

 -Verify tenant gets utilities in their name.

 -Collect and disburse monthly rents.

 -Provide monthly financial reports with copies of paid bills and 1099’s at year end.

 -Complete periodic interior inspections.

 -Drive by lawn inspections during summer months.

 -Handle lease renewals prior to lease ending.

 -Processing Security/damage deposits.

 -Contract for repairs.

 -Handle mortgage payments.

 -24 hour answering service for emergencies.

RE/MAX THE GROUP  will find a renter for your property. The Finder's fee will be half the first months rent or $200.00($200.00), whichever is greater. It is understood by the Owners that a full Finder's Fee will be collected upon a tenant being "in place" regardless of who or how that tenant is located.
